FRANCIS FRANCO
Francis is the founder and Financial Advisor at Franco Financial Strategies, LLC. He attained his Retirement Income Certified Professional designation at The American College in year 2021. He helps design and implement optimal strategies to help clients accumulate, conserve and transfer wealth in different stages in life.
He is a qualifying member of The Million Dollar Round Table* (MDRT), which represents the top 5% of the financial services industry worldwide, and its members must adhere to a strict code of ethics.
Francis takes a fully integrated, proactive approach to financial planning, custom to each individual client's needs. His focus is working with individuals, small businesses, young families and retirees/pre-retirees, while also providing options for wealth protection.

Francis began his career as a financial professional with New York Life and is affiliated with Eagle Strategies, LLC, as a Registered Investment Adviser. He is also a registered representative with NYLIFE Securities LLC. Francis holds a Series 6,7, 63 and 66 license with FINRA.
Prior to becoming an advisor, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management from De La Salle-College of St. Benilde in Manila, Philippines. He devotes his community work at The Filipino Community of Seattle as a member of the Board of Directors. He is a regular volunteer at this nonprofit organization. He is passionate in helping immigrant, POC and LTGBTQ+ members of the community.
